LAAN provides services to approximately 250 clients per year through various Care programs listed above. Our case managers are grateful that they get to be a part of our clients’ stories as they locate, coordinate, and monitor the delivery of services. They develop, implement, and evaluate health support services plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Getting connected with services at LAAN is easy! Our staff is here to help you every step of the way from testing through ongoing case management. Our goal is to help you lead a happy, healthy life and acheive undetectable status!

Initial Contact

Your first point of contact will be a care program manager who will take your information and figure out the right case manager to work with you!

Get Assigned To The Perfect Case Manager for you

You will meet your case manager who will perform an assessment of needs and get to know more about who you are and how LAAN can best serve you.

After your assessment, your case manager will help you enroll in programs and services that you qualify for.

The Lansing Area AIDS Network provides a variety of care services to meet the needs of clients. Not all clients will quality for each program, but our trained staff is available to asses your needs and resources so that they can provide you with the best information and program enrollment possible.
